How soon should we book?

It is best to book early! Saturdays are the first to go! Some months are busier than others. We suggest six to twelve months before your wedding date, but call us even if you have just decided to get married as we may have availability.

How do we book you?

Call us to find out if we are available. If you decide to book our services a deposit is required to guarantee your time and date. You can also book on line

How much do you charge?

Price is determined by location and distance.

How long does the ceremony take?

Anywhere from 20-30 minutes, depending on how many people participate and the components you include.

Can we write our own vows?

Yes! We can give you ideas if you need them.  Our online resources are second to none in offering helpful tips if you choose to write your own vows.

Do we have to memorize our vows?

No! However you if want to, it's fine by us.

Can the officiant be a woman?

Absolutely!

Can children take part in the ceremony?

Yes. We have a few suggestions on how this can work successfully.

What does the officiant wear?

A dark business suit is our standard.  Special requests to "fit" a theme can be negotiated!

Can photos be taken during the ceremony?

This is the couples decision.  We ask that the photographers be as discreet as possible during the actual ceremony in order to avoid distraction.

Is a rehearsal necessary?

This depends on the place and size of the wedding, as well as your comfort level.

Is there an addition cost for a rehearsal?

Yes.

We recommend you get your licence at least 3 weeks prior to the wedding. The application can be downloaded from our web page.

How do I change my name after the wedding?

Please check with the laws as they apply in your State.

How and when do we pay?

We accept cash, cheque, venmo, or credit card. Deposit is due at time of booking in order to secure date and time.  The balance is due two weeks before the actual wedding day.  We do not accept cheques the day of the wedding.
